This seaside resort is situated in the heart of the charming landscape of
the Etruscan Coast.
Endless free beaches or bathing establishments run along the coast in the shelter of a secular pinewood that bounds the beach, characterised by the presence of
dunes testifying to the natural and unpolluted environment.
Along the beach you can admire the Fort, built by the French in the 18th
century.
Inland you can find the ideal environment for different types of nature trails: trekking, mountain-bike, horse trekking and ecological
walks like in the 'Macchia di Magona' or, more at south, in the 'Padule di Bolgheri'.
