How to send a booking inquiry
Every visitor of Riviera Toscana® Website wishing to contact an operator, can select him in the list on our portal and send him a booking inquiry. Such inquiry will exclusively and directly be sent to the operator chosen by the user. For no reason and under no circumstance, a user’s inquiry will be sent to other operators.

Informative note on personal data processing

Personal data entered during a booking inquiry are exclusively and automatically sent via e-mail to the operator chosen by the user. In no other circumstance, shall I.B.C. transfer or disclose such data to third parties. I.B.C. shall not be held responsible for the use of such data by the chosen operator, therefore advises the user to read the informative note on personal data protection directly supplied by the chosen operator or available on his/her website.

Personal data you provide filling in an accommodation inquiry on Riviera Toscana® Web site, will be saved on protected electronic means and processed strictly confidentially by I.B.C. that will store them, for a maximum length of 3 months, exclusively for technical reasons and statistical aims; however, they will, in any case, be processed anonymously.

At any time and completely free of charge, you may contact I.B.C. to consult, to obtain the integration, the amendment or the erasure of your personal data or to contest, totally or partially, its use for the above mentioned purposes, as provided for in Art. 7 of the Italian Legal Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.

Such informative note can be read in any inquiry form present on Riviera Toscana® portal.
Consent is not required since the data contained in the messages sent fall within the cases exempted under letters b) and d) of Art. 24 of the Italian Legal Decree no. 196 of June 2003.
